San Francisco City Golf Championship
The SF City Championship started in 1917, and holds the title of the United State's oldest golf tournament for municipal golf tournaments. If you have a chance to visit San Francisco and play some golf, be sure to stop by previous tournament locations like Harding Park Golf Course and Lincoln Park Golf Course.
Golf in San Francisco is certainly a pleasurable experience for those visiting our beautiful city. There are some very nice courses in San Francisco and numerous other courses in the Bay Area. Aside from courses in the Bay Area is home of a premier California Golf School. So if you are traveling and would like to play golf, San Francisco is the place to be!

This match play tournament is played on Harding Park Golf Course and Lincoln Park golf course. Whichever course a player opts to play, that course will serve as the only course he or she plays for the duration of the tournament, so it is, in effect, two different tournaments.
